Brian Horton

Brian Horton was an incredible artist, fabricator, and luthier. Prior to the formation of the Land With No Name, Brian was involved in the early days here with Ted and Kate. Brian's sculptures, earthworks, and steel fabrications became some of the first pieces to inhabit the Land. He spent many hours exploring the musical elements of color within the changing light of the mountains. For the rest of his years on earth Brian lived under some big trees in Ohio, continuing his guitar making and artistic practices. Now, he inhabits the Land in spirit, memory, and semi-permanent material.
